Detail of the quality charter

1/ Location:

The service must take place on a site with a high quality environment, which is particularly irreproachable for water quality (“bathing water” classification in accordance with the European directive) as well as for its aesthetic attractiveness (visual…).
 


2/ Amenities:

The site must have buildings offering customers the opportunity to change and to store their personal belongings safely. These buildings and facilities must be in keeping with the climatic conditions of the area.
 


3/ Reception and Information:

This must be conducted verbally in two languages from among: French – English – Italian – Spanish – Portuguese – German. The businesses must be able to provide at the very least a short verbal welcome in at least 2 of these proposed european languages.
They must also distribute a written welcome and information in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese. They must have an internet website.
The businesses are encouraged to provide instruction in the 2 chosen languages whenever possible.
 


4 /Supervision and Education:

This must be made by a professional staff who must have the diplomas, certificates or professional qualifications required by the regulations of the place of work.
 


5/ Material and equipment:

The material must be quite new clean and in good working order.
If it is necessary for the product, a dressing room must be supplied to customers at no extra cost.
 


6/ Safety:

This is a subject which must be the target of great care because customers must have complete guarantees.
Also, the description of the product or the service must be very clear on this point (safety equipment supplied, very protected site, suitable water sports equipment…).
